Mentality and personnel management system
Abstract
The article is aimed at analyzing specific national traits of the Russian mentality and their impact on economic behavior of the Russians. The author suggests taking into consideration the national specifics, while developing the philosophy of personnel management. Basic specifics of personnel management systems are illuminated. They lean on different behavior motives: material compensation and goal identification.
