The formation of new concept of the personnel the estimation on Russian enterprise

Abstract

The particularities of formation in Russian enterprises complex multiaspect estimation of employees, enclosed in all directions of management of personnel - selection, motivation and stimulation of labour, education and development, career displacement and so on are described in the article. The findings about trends of development of estimation of personnel are made on the grounds of results of trained services monitoring of Omsk city. There presented the analysis of quality factors of system of personnel estimation: normative-legal supply of estimation, degree of use the results of estimation in operative and strategic personnel management, level of co-ordination aims and interests of different groups of personnel on cause of estimation etc.
