Social-and-economic proportions and rates for the development of administrative areas of Kursk region of the future

Abstract

Methods of administrative areas positioning allowing to form the procedure of their classification according to achieved levels of economic and social position and to chose the most perspective paths of the development are suggested in this article. There have been also motivated optimal proportions of social-and-economic development rate to select groups of administrative areas. Proposals to improve management of social-and-economic development of administrative areas of Kursk region have been carried out.
