Evolution and modernization of enterprises’ theory

Abstract

Well-know variants of enterprises' theory are considered in the work, their new classification is offered; grouping and chronology, based on different recording in these theories, target-oriented, positioning, environmental and social aspects of enterprises’ functioning. Trends of modernization are shown, requirements of plenitude are grounded, systematization and dynamics of unitary of enterprises' theory, directed at reflection the unitary of enterprises' functioning as a multifunctioning subject in economical environment and time. The systemintigrated theory of an enterprise is expanded taking into account the structure which is based on events it provides an agreement of different subsystems of an enterprise and the dynamics of the theory as a whole.
