Organization system of staff reward
Questions of projecting the organization system of staff reward as a subsystem of persounnel management are considered. Being guided by principles of the system approach, the author is analysing and underling the conditions and factors of internal and external enviroument, which have some influence on the elements of organisation system of staff rewafd, helping to put into practice the strategic and complex approdch. The author suggests his own point of view and gives his own definition to «staff reward and its payment». Also he offers direct and indirect compensations, nonfinancial rewards, profitably of investment into reward system.
