Abstract

The urgency of the chosen theme is caused by necessity of increase of intensity of economic development of such structural links of innovative sectors of the Russian economy as research-and-production complexes. In the conditions of limitation of financial possibilities of the state under the decision of the given problem the importance of fuller use of internal potential of complexes and the account of all possibilities synergetic interactions of business units which are its elements raises
