ФАКТОРЫ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ТРАНСПОРТНОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ ГОРОДА
Аннотация
исследование посвящено вопросам оценки уровня развития транспортной системы крупных городов и эффективности ее регулирования. С учетом результатов анализа литературы авторами сформулированы рекомендации по формированию системы аналитических показателей, используемых в рамках оценки уровня развития транспортного комплекса. Предложенная система показателей предназначена для выявления слабых и сильных сторон системы городского транспорта, определения оптимальных путей ее совершенствования и разработки на этой основе рекомендаций в области транспортной политики. В заключительной части статьи представлены рекомендации по развитию транспортной системы крупных городов.
