Abstract

the article is devoted to substantiating the role of human development for the Russian model of the economy based on innovation. The paper substantiates the position of priority of investments in human capital. The mutual orientation of the impact of investments in human capital and innovative development of the economy. Investments in human capital enable its qualitatively new development, and the quality of human capital, in turn off, determines the level of further socio-economic development of the country.
