The author studies the influence of demographic changes, associated with the process of generational change, on the content of socially responsible practices of modern companies. The key values and characteristics of the behavior of representatives of the Y and Z generations as real and potential customers and employees are determined. Recommendations related to the practical implementation of the principles of corporate social responsibility with respect to these stakeholder groups are proposed.
