Abstract

The author of article defines essence of the social dialogue as one of the most important mechanisms of regulation of the social and labor relations at the Russian labor market. This article describes levels of realization of the social dialogue and its mission. To illustrate the implementation of the social dialogue was considered the structure and activity of the Russian tripartite commission that representing the interests of employees and employers at the federal level.
