Abstract

The basic problems of collectively-contractual regulation of payment for labor at branch level in Ukra7ne are expounded in the article. It is concluded that the most of the agreements do not have the status of the branch normative acts, which must contain specific obligatiions of the socialpartners to the regulation of social and labor relations. The basic directions of improvement of practice of the collect.vely-contractual regulation of payment for labor are certain on the basis of the considered defects.
