Abstract

The article considers global tendencies of development of the international debt securities market. The article presents the results of structural analysis of the international debt securities market. There were presented the trends in the share of financial institutions and corporate issuers in the market of non-government international and domestic debt securities, made a comparative analysis of the international and domestic debt securities markets.
