Current trends and problems in the development of regional investment resources markets

Abstract

Amid the global fi nancial crisis the new phase of national economy system transformation began. This requires active cooperation of regional authorities and business community in the fi eld of regional investment markets development. Complication in accessing the foreign investment sources requires change in the investments structure toward the increasing portion of domestic sources, compels attention to the «quality» of investment resources, requires strengthening of regional banking systems and other investment institutes, demands attracting to regions mainly direct investments, necessitates the increase of the states role as an investor for infrastructural and social projects.
