Abstract

This article discusses the state of the market of milk and dairy products in the current economic conditions, characterized by the specificity of the activities of market participants. The study highlighted the problematic aspects of state regulation of the dairy industry, as well as the prospects of development of the market of milk and dairy products and identifies ways to improve the efficiency of its operation.
