Abstract

In this article, condition of current practices of social and economic coaching labor effectiveness in Russia is analysed. Authors separate seven basic principles for assessment methods organization of coaching labor effectiveness. On the base of given principles six general stages of coaching labor effectiveness assessment are developed.
