Abstract

The content of ideas of ensuring the balanced development of the region is formed depending on the economic situation developing on meso-, macro- and mega levels which defines balance degree, and, above all composition of characteristics of the balanced development of the region and balance of the elements determining the balanced development as system of the economic relations. Character and the content of the balanced development of the region depend on the factors influencing on it and defining the balanced development of conditions which knowledge predetermines methods and instruments of effective management of regional economy.
