Concept of management of the balanced development of the region

Abstract

In the article the author and presented a set of views on the issue to ensure a balanced development of the region. Highlighting the main groups of providers of regional development (business organizations, executive authorities, the population, the scope of education, research and development), the author has established the nature of their interaction and substantiate the prospects of cooperation of parity. As an approach to the study is used a system, process, situation, humanistic and another approaches.
