Abstract
The article presents the elements of a system of information and analytical support for the sustainable development of the University, taking into account the processes taking place on the regional labor market in the current conditions of transformation and globalization. The results of the study of the graduates' life plans on the possible territorial and professional mobility, the factors of attractiveness and prospects for employment in accordance with the received profession, the views of employers on the state of the regional labor market, the level of remuneration for certain areas of professional activity are presented. The conclusion is substantiated that the creation of the University Center of Innovative and Technological Development of the Region on the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University opens the possibility of a qualitative transformation of the regional economy through an educational project.
