Abstract

Authors investigate the influence of asynchrony on the development of towns in the Voronezh region and reviewed asynchronous development at the regional level, the level of municipalities and the level of towns. Recommendations for improving the management of the development of the Voronezh region towns and overcome the negative trends in the development of towns are offered.
