Capital, financial resources and sources of enterprise financing

Abstract

There are several approaches to determine financial resources and their independence upon the capital of enterprises, which are presented in modern economic literature. W e fi nd investigation of these approaches to be very important because any enterprise successful activity at the market economy conditions depends not only on the correct policy to manage the enterprise and capital fl ows but on substantial strategy to manage its fi nancial resources and capital. Problems of formation and making use of fi nancial resources have traditionally been and still are in the center of theory and practice of fi nancial management. But articles and literature devoted to these problems do not usually focus on the difference between categories fi nancial resources, capital, sources of financing, they do not pay enough attention to fi nancial resources transformation into capital.
