The problems of formation and choice of the rational perspective trajectories of development of the region and the ways of their programme solve

Abstract

In this article the fundamental theoretical bases and the application methodical aspects of the programme-target approach with reference to the regional level of administration are considered. The basic tree of the purposes of explicating regional socio-economic system is constructed. The approaches to generation of the scripts and variants of development of the region are classifi ed. The sequence and the content of development cycles of the concept of a territorial development and of the regional target comprehensive programmes are determined. The special attention is paid to searching the possibilities of conjugate improvement of organizational and methodical, information and technical hardware with the purpose of heightening the management effi ciency of the socio economic system of the region.
