System approach to the research of subjects of property relations

Abstract

An individual is an exceptional subject of property relations regardless of the fact whether he remains an owner, or he takes pen in collective forms of property, or he is a personification of a social institute (an official). It is proven by the fact that the volition of an individual is always connected with economic interests of this individuals. The theory of «beam» exchange of property rights is not typical for the Russian when there is no full-fledged law society. Most probably, it is an exchange of needs that exchanging parties tend to meet.
