Prejudices and realities of effective management

Abstract

The article examines the questionable points of management theory and practice. Approach to management as profession has been justifi ed. The need for professional standards of management and their inadmissibility of substitution to personalities of managers are based. Principles of effective management organization based on constitutional approach are suggested.
