Problems of vocational training, retraining and improvement of professional skill of jobless citizens (on an example of the center of employment of the population of Novokuznetsk)

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of training, retraining of unemployed citizens in the employment of Novokuznetsk in the context of growing needs of the economy of the city and the region as a professional staff of high qualification. Analyzing the state of vocational training of unemployed citizens, the author concludes that the level of training does not meet modern requirements for several reasons
