The models of banking project financing

Abstract

The present work illustrates three types of banking project financing (BPF) models: funding models (investment credit, investment credit line, mortgage lending, leasing, venture financing), organizational models (BPF with contracts «take and pay» and «take or pay», «supply or pay», throughput agreements; various forms of public-private partnerships) and models of co-financing (syndicated lending, parallel and consistent financing).
