Social and economic aspects of transformation of the relations in the sphere of work and employment

Abstract

The paper identified the major factors contributing to a profound transformation of relations in the sphere of labor and employment in the course of the historical process. Assesses the current state of relations in the sphere of labor and employment. Methodological basis of the study made by the methods: analysis and synthesis, the method of retrospective analysis. The author concludes that the current state of relations in the sphere of labor and employment, characterized by a high degree of diversification is the objective consequence of the deep socio-economic transformations.
