Systematization evolutionary approach to the concept of "quality of work life": сhronological and logical relationship

Abstract

Category of quality of working life is one of the most important issues of ideology covers almost all sectors of modern society. Different views on the concept of quality of working life have scientifi c value in studying the evolution of the concept of quality of working life. The question of improving the quality of working life being actively discussed by domestic and foreign scientists. However, the formation of a unifi ed concept of quality of working life does not currently exist. The author explores the chronological and logical relationship of the existing approaches to the understanding of this category.
