Abstract

The factor is interpreted as "a source of influence on the system, reflected in the value of the initial model of this system"; "the driving force of a process that determines its nature". In relation to the subject of our study, factors are the most significant sources of influence, driving forces of enterprise modernization. The factors of modernization as integrity are decomposed (classified) in such a way as to reflect the main reasons affecting the production and commercial activities of an industrial enterprise and ensuring its development.
