Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of managing the sociocultural risks of Chinese business in Russia, developing in the framework of cooperation between the two countries. In connection with globalization and the spread of transnational corporations in the world, the issue of dependence of corporate culture on national peculiarities has become particularly acute. The purpose of the study is to identify the sociocultural risks affecting the operating activities of Chinese business and to determine the most effective methods for their management. The article lists the methods for identifying and managing the sociocultural risks of Chinese enterprises in the Russian Federation. The study used methods such as the interdisciplinary approach, sampling observations, statistical analysis, case studies. The results of the study showed that the most specific sociocultural differences lie in a different understanding of the role of the team and the individual in the functioning of the company. The article suggests three strategies of managing the sociocultural risks of Chinese business.
