Abstract

The organization of internal control in the commercial dental clinic “Dent-Real” is considered: human resource police, quality control of medical care, cooperation with voluntary medical insurance companies, improving the competitiveness, controlling medical equipment, instruments and drugs usage, control an accounting organization. To strengthen the control functions, justify and make effective management decisions developed the Medical card filling control log and Technological card. Presented forms can be replicated and taken as the basis of large medical centers.
