In the article the author substantiates the need to improve the organizational conditions of employment regulation. At the same time, the author focuses on the features of the modern stage of the evolution of employment relations, manifested in the coexistence of its standard and non-standard forms, that is, in the formation and development of adaptive employment. The author highlights the main directions of improving the organizational conditions for the regulation of adaptive employment. Changes in the legal, political and organizational aspects were noted as the most promising. As part of the improvement of legal aspects, the legislative definition and regulation of non-standard forms of employment are proposed. The political aspects are being improved by expanding the list of legislated principles of state regulation of employment. Organizational aspects are proposed to be changed through the use of modern digital technologies.
