Analyzed the behavior of consumers in the market, taking into account the economic and social component, as well as a specific field of activity. The author clarified the interpretation of the concept of «consumer behavior», gave the definition of consumer behavior in the market of medical services. The presented provisions most accurately characterize the essence of this phenomenon, which allows to determine the direction of management of consumer behavior in a particular market.
