Abstract

The article deals with the creation and functioning of the ILO throughout its 100-years history. Special attention paid to the consideration of the goals, objectives and mechanisms for the functioning of the ILO, its organizational structure. The ILO is an international institutional framework that allows you to look the problems and find the solutions to improve working conditions around the world. No country or society can take any of these measures without similar and simultaneous actions of its competitors. ILO initiatives analyzed in terms of decent work and the future of the world of work.
