Abstract

the article is devoted to the study of trends and prospects for the development of public-private partnership on the basis of the development of the «infrastructure mortgage» mechanism. The article substantiates that the mechanism of «infrastructure mortgage» will allow to implement large-scale projects involving user and private investors' payments in modern conditions in order to overcome not only a possible infrastructure crisis, but also a social crisis in the future.
