ПРОВЕДЕНИЕ МЕЖТЕРРИТОРИАЛЬНЫХ ВЗАИМОРАСЧЕТОВ В СФЕРЕ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНОГО МЕДИЦИНСКОГО СТРАХОВАНИЯ И ИХ ВЛИЯНИЕ НА РЕГИОНАЛЬНОЕ ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИЕ

Abstract

Article is devoted to the solution of the urgent problem having important practical value – to definition of ways of improvement of process of carrying out interterritorial mutual settlements. Need of providing more close connection between the statement of the all-Russian unified method of calculation of tariffs for medical services and introduction of uniform approach to registration and a substantial part of registers of accounts on medical services when carrying out payment of medical care to citizens out of the territory of insurance in the compulsory health insurance system is revealed. An opportunity to use data on volumes of the medical care provided outside territories of insurance as indicators of the structure of profiles and types of medical care operating on them is shown.
