Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of developing a system of state regulation of informal employment. To this end, priority tools and measures aimed at preventing precarization of labor relations are proposed. It is shown that the reduction of informal employment requires anti-corruption and competitive environment, the necessity of preventive measures for the development of this environment. In accordance with the documents of strategic planning presented the author's approach to the formation of indicators and indicators characterizing the level and dynamics of employment in the region. The matrix of system state regulation of informal employment is described.
