ОПТИМИЗАЦИОННАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ПЛАНОВОГО КОНТРОЛЯ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ В ОБЛАСТИ ОХРАНЫ ТРУДА

Abstract

The article deals with the actual problem of improving the system of planned control over the implementation of labor protection standards by organizations for the modern Russian regional labor market. Based on the study of vast literature on the problems of the functioning of control systems in management processes, proposed stochastic optimization model of the control system in the sphere of labor protection, which has a predictive character and takes into account the differentiation of organizations in terms of management of labor protection processes and the complexity of structure and production processes. The model is based on techniques of queueing theory, cluster analysis and approximation of functional dependencies. The article presents the results of calculations performed on a conditional example that demonstrates the capabilities of the model. The developed model is designed to develop recommendations for the formation of programs of planned control carried out by the regional state labor Inspectorate (a large monitoring system) concerning organizations in the field of labor protection.
