The article considers methods of using corporate culture to ensure a balance between the interests of different groups that are relevant to the development of entrepreneurship in Russia in order to come to additional competitive advantages of development, to raise the level of financial, economic and social efficiency on this basis. The article scientifically substantiated that the development of corporate culture in the organization is one of the most sought-after areas of management for today, especially this applies to large entrepreneurial structures. In order for the business organization to be successful, management should well represent the goals, composition and scope of the results that I would like to come up with in the course of carrying out business activities. For this purpose, it is necessary to work out a general strategy for the functioning and development of entrepreneurship through an appropriate methodology.
