Abstract

The article is devoted to the application of quality management standards for the sustainable development of administrative-territorial entities. The application of standards is aimed at improving the efficiency of management of Executive bodies. The basic standards, the work of TC 115, the examples of implementation of standards, the European model of perfection EFQM and CAF, assessment for assessing the quality of management in public sector organizations and public administration bodies are considered.
