Abstract

This article discusses the problem of stimulating labor for health workers, defi nes an effective contract, analyzes the calculation of the labor participation rate and identifi es its shortcomings, presents a SWOT analysis of the pay system after the introduction of an effective contract and measures to prevent possible threats, analyzes the evaluation results putting an effective contract into practice.
