Assessment of management of organizational culture of bearing university and identify the prerequisites for using of management consulting

Abstract

The author of the article the methodology of evaluation of objects of organizational culture management support of the University that examine the management system elements organizational culture and to assess the overall cultural level of support of the University, to determine the degree of development and cultural differences combine universities, to explore their cultural compatibility and to determine the main directions of improving the system of management of organizational culture; the author's methodological approach, on the one hand, to diagnose and minimize the risk of incompatibility of the norms and values of the merged universities, and with another - promotes the fullest realization of the potential of the existing system of management of organizational culture of the supporting University. The results of the study using the author's method confirmed the presence of low level of organizational synergy, the unsatisfactory level of coordination of actions of the merged universities, the presence of incongruent local subcultures combine educational organizations that make up the culture of the supporting University in General and the lack of sustainable and effective structures responsible for the development and improvement of the system of organizational culture management support of the University. The results of the study identified a group of problems, not solvable due to their own management capacity and potential. Studies have revealed that in strong universities, there are differences in views on the issue of organizational culture management and ways of its solutions among employees and managers of the reorganized universities. In this regard, the author proposes to apply to the external structure, in the form of consultants on management, organizational culture (external consultants).
