Abstract

The article describes the transition of the Russian economy to the innovative path of development. The decisive condition for this is the formation of innovative economic systems. The basis of the functioning of the innovative economic system consists the intensification of the use of innovative capacity of industrial enterprises. Developed theory is the initial element of the mechanism launch of an innovation economy.
