The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the labor potential of personnel in the conditions of innovative development of the organization. On the example of the machine-building enterprise of the Lipetsk region, the influence of wages on the degree of participation of workers in innovative activity and interest in professional development is justified. Proposals have been formulated to improve the system of material incentives for industrial personnel, aimed at increasing the innovative activity of workers and contributing to the development of their labor potential.
