Researches have shown that theoretical representations of managers about essence of corporate social responsibility are in strong dependence on an economic conjuncture. In favorable conditions they correspond to the concept of stakeholders and high social expectations of a society in the greatest degree. In deterioration of a conjuncture they come nearer to the economic concept. Practical actions of the Russian managers are stable and gravitate to an economic pragmatism.
