Sustainability of natural monopoly effects: methodological background and analysis methods

Abstract

It is proposed methodological approach, which is in contrast to existing approachesconsiders sustainability of natural monopoly in terms of sustainability of its subsystems: informational, economic, social, technical and technological subsystem of the enterprise - a natural monopolist, demand, market infrastructure on the basis of this approach provides for an integrated methodology allowing determine the level of sustainability of natural monopoly effect, taking into account the interconnectedness of all subsystems.
