Abstract

In the economic environment, currently taking place in the world, many developed and developing countries are gradually moving towards the model of innovative economics. The main basis of the Russian economics is still energy and natural resources. Nevertheless, many newly created business projects are focused on the issues of innovative development of the domestic economics. The latter include improvement of the human capital, modernization of the infrastructure and technological sectors and so on.
