Abstract

The present paper contains an analysis of possibility to use intermediaries for distribution of services. Difference between sale of service and sale of a right to get a service is described. Four types of service intermediaries are analyzed: vendors, integrators, authorized resellers and transaction intermediaries. We demonstrate that the basic function of a service reseller is to organize access to service provider ’s resources for the customer.
