Regulation of the internal labour market in terms of contingent labor

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the possibility of intra-firm regulation of the labor market in terms of contingent labor. In the article the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of contingent labour, the algorithm determine the effect of contract labor on firm-level labor market for the redistribution of income with the aim of increasing it.
