Analysis of process of planning and calculation of cost of flour-grinding production

Abstract

The characteristics of planning and calculation of costs in the mill industry for specific production are analyzed in the article. The stages of calculating the cost are estimated. The main methods calculation of production costs are studied. Researches of the level of influence used semi-fixed conversion into conventional ton to the cost of production of flour are conducted in the article.
