Increase of a payment discipline of consumers of heat

Abstract

This paper proposes methods to improve consumers ’payment discipline as an alternative to less effective methods of debt collection. The use of discounts for advance payment and the introduction of payment cards allow individual heat supply organizations to solve the problem of rising receivables.
